Ever feel like you're going in circles, trying to figure things out but not getting anywhere? Whether it's career confusion, relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck, sometimes you simply need a real conversation with someone who gets it. That's what Unfiltered Conversations with Alvina is all about - a space for open, honest, and insightful conversations about life, choices, and the things that keep us up at night. This isn't just another feel-good chat. It's real conversations with practical insights you can actually use.

I'm Alvina - a coach, trainer, and mentor. More importantly, I'm someone who knows what it's like to pivot, struggle, and rebuild. Through books, retreats, NLP training, and real-life experiences, I've learned what truly helps people create meaningful change. This is a no-judgment, no-fluff space to reflect, gain clarity, and walk away with a fresh perspective. Let's talk about life, choices, and everything in between. Join the conversation!
