The Shift Presents Nāvu After Hours
Some nights begin after everyone else calls it a night. On November 13 and 14, The Shift takes things beyond a dinner service, bringing together the art of late-night cooking, exceptional cocktails, and music that knows exactly when to take over. For its first edition, Chef Auroni Mookerjee of Yokocho, Kolkata, takes over the kitchen with his interpretation of after-hours comfort food. Expect bold flavours, indulgent plates, and a menu made for the hours that don't ask for permission.
