the deets

Take a pause from screens and schedules, and spend a calm afternoon creating your own mandala. In this guided Mandala Art Therapeutic Workshop, artist and educator Monica Prakash (founder, PraShree Arts) walks you through the mandala step by step: finding the centre, building concentric rings and radial guides, and filling them with patterns, one stroke at a time. The repetitive, meditative rhythm of drawing helps quiet the mind, improve focus and ease everyday stress, and you leave with a finished artwork made by you.
