Department of Daydreams (Vol. II)

Through a series of playful, reflective and hands-on creative exercises, we’ll explore different ways of expressing ourselves, working through blocks and paying attention to ideas, feelings and parts of ourselves that may have gone a little quiet. You don’t need to arrive with an idea, a project or even think of yourself as a creative person. Come as you are, and see where a few hours of curiosity can take you. What We’ll Do TogetherWe’ll move through a thoughtfully guided series of prompts and exercises using writing, visual expression, reflection and play. There will be time to explore individually, pause and notice what comes up, and connect with others in the room through conversation and shared reflection. It’s time to give yourself the space to experiment, follow your curiosity and rediscover what feels creatively alive for you.
